Prof. Gianaurelio Cuniberti, Chair of Materials Science and Nanotechnology at TU Dresden in an encounter with Wolfgang Georgsdorf. This lecture and performance was curated by Sabine Zimmermann-Törne, a passionate interdisciplinary broker of arts and sciences, together with her collaborator for these series, Prof. Niels-Christian Fritsche, Chair of Architectural Delineation and Presentation Methods, Institute of Foundations of Design and Architectural Delineation.

The public lecture series at the technical university of Dresden along with the exhibition BILDTAKTIK was started by this opening lecture on Smeller as an encounter of science and art. The audience remained alert for as much as two hours.The Q+A was a pleasure. And promising ideas have arisen. A stream is under way. Dresden seems to be a furtile soil for interdisciplinary endeavours and steps into the unknown.
